Joseph Kahn
Joseph Kahn emerged in the late '90s with a hyper-kinetic editing style and elaborate production design that drew from action cinema and anime. His early work included Backstreet Boys' "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" with its horror-movie pastiche, followed by Eminem's "Without Me" and its comic-book visual approach. Kahn's videos often featured complex choreography and rapid-fire cuts, and he later transitioned into feature filmmaking while continuing to direct music videos.
