Written and produced by Tor Erik Hermansen, Mikkel Eriksen, and Ne-Yo, "Take a Bow" was released April 15, 2008, as the first single from Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded. The R&B ballad topped the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Rihanna's third number-one song, and also reached number one in Canada, Denmark, Ireland, and Slovakia. The music video, directed by Anthony Mandler, presents Rihanna as a woman who leaves her boyfriend because of his infidelity.
