Co-written by Gerald Casale and Mark Mothersbaugh for Freedom of Choice, the apparently nonsensical lyrics revolve around the ability to deal with problems by "whipping it." The music video depicts Mothersbaugh whipping clothing from a woman on a dude ranch.
