City Boy

City Boy was a British rock band formed in Birmingham in 1974, known for their sophisticated pop-rock sound and tight harmonies. The group released six studio albums between 1976 and 1982, with their biggest success coming from the single "5-7-0-5" in 1978. The band featured Lol Mason on lead vocals and Steve Broughton on drums, blending progressive rock influences with accessible melodies. Despite critical acclaim for their musicianship, commercial success remained limited primarily to Europe.
