Genesis
Genesis formed in England in 1967 as a progressive rock band, undergoing a significant transformation after Phil Collins became lead vocalist in 1975 following Peter Gabriel's departure. The band shifted toward a more accessible pop-rock sound in the 1980s, achieving their greatest commercial success with albums "Genesis" (1983) and "Invisible Touch" (1986). Collins, along with members Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford, steered the band through this commercially successful period.
