Mental As Anything formed in Sydney in 1976, emerging from the city's art school scene with a quirky new wave pop sound. The Australian band achieved their biggest international success with "Live It Up" in 1985, which reached the top ten in several countries. Over their long career, they've released numerous albums blending humor, pop melodies, and the artistic sensibilities of founding members who met at art college.
