The Hues Corporation

The Hues Corporation was a soul and disco group formed in Santa Monica, California in 1969, featuring vocalists Fleming Williams, St. Clair Lee, and Ann Kelley. Their 1974 single 'Rock the Boat' became one of the earliest disco hits to top the Billboard Hot 100, helping establish the genre's commercial potential. The trio continued recording through the late 1970s but never matched the success of their signature song.
