Toploader formed in Eastbourne, England in 1997, playing guitar-driven Britpop-influenced rock. Their debut album "Onka's Big Moka" in 1999 featured their cover of King Harvest's "Dancing in the Moonlight," which became a massive hit in 2000. The track reached number 7 in the UK and enjoyed extensive radio play, becoming one of the era's most recognizable feel-good anthems.
