Traffic formed in Birmingham, England in 1967, led by Steve Winwood, Chris Wood, Jim Capaldi, and Dave Mason. The band blended rock, jazz, folk, and psychedelia across albums like "Mr. Fantasy" and "The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys," with Winwood's distinctive vocals and organ work at the forefront. After several breakups and reunions throughout the late 1960s and 1970s, Traffic released their final studio album in 1974.
